If you have a toddler who absolutely refuses to sit down in the tub and insists on standing up, you need this. Bathing my 14-month-old had become a daily wrestling match and my lower back was completely shot from leaning over the tub trying to keep him from slipping. The ABS plastic feels thick and durable, and the built-in drainage holes ensure that water doesn’t pool around his feet, keeping things hygienic.
It keeps him securely upright, giving him a sense of independence while keeping his arms and torso supported so he won’t fall. The little sound-maker/toy on the front is a great distraction for keeping him calm while I wash his hair.
The only small drawback is that if your shower or tub floor has a heavy, rough anti-slip texture, the suction cups on the base might not seal 100% perfectly, though the wider footboard and his own weight still keep it very well balanced. It packs away beautifully and folds down compactly. Overall, it’s a very solid 4.5 stars and has made our shower routine ten times easier!

We live in a small apartment with limited bathroom space, so the foldability was the main selling point for us. It collapses down pretty flat and slides right next to our washing machine. The tub itself is spacious and the temperature plug is a neat feature. Knocking off one star because the locking mechanism on the stand is a bit stiff. It takes some muscle to snap it open and closed, but I guess that also means it’s secure.
