You can rest assured! We use safe, non-toxic dyes and have obtained CPC certification to ensure safety for your baby.

Our carriers are thoughtfully designed with your baby's hip safety as a priority. It's essential to ensure the proper positioning in any carrier, specifically achieving the deep sitting or "M" position. In this position, your baby’s knees should be higher than their hips, with most of the weight supported by the hips rather than below the knees. We always recommend consulting a pediatrician or specialist for personalized guidance based on your child’s needs.

For cleaning, spot clean as needed. You can hand wash or machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle inside a garment bag. After washing, reshape the carrier and lay it flat or place it on a drying rack to dry. Make sure to dry it in a well-ventilated area until all padding and fabric are completely dry. For optimal longevity, we recommend spot cleaning when possible and minimizing machine washes.

We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days. However, during busy seasons, it might take a little longer. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that international shipments may experience customs delays or additional fees.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first — sometimes packages get dropped off nearby. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but your local carrier may be able to assist in locating it.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

With all original tags and packaging

Please note: We’re unable to accept returns on used or damaged items.

🔄 Received the wrong or defective item?

No worries! If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, email us right away at service@lujifo.com. We’ll fix it—either by sending you a replacement or arranging a return at no cost to you.

📦 How to Return

Simply email us at service@lujifo.com to start your return.

Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

If it’s a change of mind or personal reason, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

If it’s our fault (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping.

💳 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll update you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
