30-Day Returns
Not happy with your order? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just shoot us an email at jinle@gmail.com and we'll take it from there.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Note: We're unable to process returns on used or damaged items.
Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged?
That's on us — and we'll make it right. Email us at jinle@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll either send you a replacement or arrange a return at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at jinle@gmail.com to request a return.
- We'll review your request and send you return instructions along with the return address.
- Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
